Spanning four light-filled floors, the building houses 21 curated bedrooms that consciously reject hospitality uniformity. Instead, the design leans into a fierce, eclectic aesthetic. Ranging from intimate 25m² hideaways to generous 35 m² footprints, the spatial layouts are deliberately non-reproducible. Each room offers optimized sightlines to the city alongside highly tactile material palettes, engineering an environment that balances domestic warmth with a distinct departure from routine.
